This modern unique house built on top of truck garage and workshop. The stacking construction option to built this modern unique house really challenging for Fabian Evers Architecture, but commensurate with the results; a modern house with unique exterior appearance, gain stunning panorama of rural landscape, reduce the building’s footprint, and of course low budget achieved. At the ground floor of this modern unique house, garage-workshop room has light plate walls. The light plate walls allow natural light filled the garage-workshop during the day. At night, light plate walls radiate artificial light outward surrounding area. The house clad with black plate walls, make the contrast to the ground floor structure. A simple gable roof chosen. Inside of the modern unique house, a simple but modern interior design created. Raw exposed wood walls meet with dark color flooring.The house plan consist of open terrace as entrance area, large space for living-kitchen-dining completed with fireplace, bedrooms, and bathroom.
