The homogeneous style bring simplicity atmosphere that suitable for this summer house as place to escape from noisy city. The homogeneous style that means modesty taking inspiration from the surrounding landscape of southern Burgenland, Austria, that has calm and relaxing atmosphere. This modern summer house has three floors. First is basement that use as wine cellar and production. And the two floors above for residential. The basement space built from solid reinforced concrete construction. The two floors above built with timber wood as exterior frame. Inside residential area, concrete and steel structure use as a counterweight of woods materials. The exterior of this modern summer house consist of horizontal slats timber wood construction. In the interior design rawness cross-laminated wood elements fulfill the interior. The inner concrete and steel structure, including the floors also keep in raw (deliberately left untreated and uncovered), so the homogeneous space effect created. This modern summer house is uninhabited during winter months. There are layers creation, folding shutters in each windows to close the house completely during winter months. The ground floor consists of wardrobe, kitchen, dining, living area, and bedroom and bathroom. Attic floor consist of living area.
