This modern pitched roof house can be divided into three part of plan. First is social space that contain outside garden spacious open spaces of living area, kitchen and rooms. Second is center opening of inner courtyard garden. Third are two-story building; ground floor plan for private rooms at side of inner courtyard garden, and upstairs for loft bedrooms and open balcony. While actual entrance at side of open garage, the side garden is accessible from street. The spacious living room has glazed sliding walls orientate to garden .Thus create cozy social area. Interesting design is the inner courtyard garden. The inner courtyard actually is just an opening to obtain sufficient natural lighting, because the site really narrow, so standard courtyard can not be afforded. The solution for this modern pitched roof house was to create openings where a sloping roof constructed. The sloping roof enlarges kitchen space and rooms spaces inside. Outside, by installing graded wood structure, the sloping roof become garden beds.
