This house is Austronesia house design implementation, full of aperture, so it intimate with the nature. Modified from wood stage house, made this house so tropically. One of modification is base stage usage. Stage house architecture usually have base floor that consist of foot structure and stairs. In this house, that area becomes communal functional rooms. This part became family room and has various functions. Almost of all this building material use wood. Kind of wood used appropriated with the room function. Main structure use timber wood. Windows and other frame use teak wood, and others. Bath room and other wall use concrete brick. Natural finishing applied, on both wood and brick; use transparent coating, so it still appears natural characteristic of the materials design.
